Personal data may include information related to identified or identifiable information such as your email address, name or phone number. supersci.com is provided to support SuperSci’s mission and to be of service to its customers to provide a standards-based science educational program to our students. Use of this site for any purposes other than that for which it is intended is strictly unauthorized and prohibited.

Our service may be purchased by school districts, schools, and educators to use our program for educational purposes. We only collect your personal information (such as your name, address, or telephone number) when SuperSci contracts with an educational entity. Student Data may be provided by the school or by the student and is considered to be strictly confidential. Personal information that may be collected on our website may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which SuperSci (and its affiliates and agents) do business and maintain facilities currently or in the future. By using this website you acknowledge that SuperSci may store, process, and transfer of your personal information.

We may collect general, statistical information about visitors to our site for the purpose of facilitating communication and conducting business between SuperSci and users of the site. Different classifications of personal data exist that may be collected or otherwise processed. The data provided depends on the account type.

Admin Account: When a school district, school principal, or teacher creates an account on our software, we may collect personal information such as, but not limited to, name, email, payment information, user ID and password.
Student Account: A registered school may provide information about the student such as name, e-mail, and user ID and password.
Progress Tracking Information: SuperSci collects information about the use of the program and any information that you submit to the program. Some of these include; answers to questions, time spent on the program, and progress.

The information and services described on supersci.com do not allow children under the age of 16 to register or create a new account. SuperSci does not knowingly collect any information from children without the consent of an authorized adult or parent. If we learn that we have collected or received personally identifiable information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

Security

SuperSci provides a secure server to protect your information from being viewed by an outside user. The technology transmits and receives scrambled data, which is decoded on the server side.
